On Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 6.0.3, when attempting to validate new business average balance results for Products tied to Common_COA_ID Account_type = 200 'Other Assets' the FE 140 Average Balance appears to be incorrect.
The timing of the new balance appears to be at the beginning of the bucket instead of at the end.
Expect the new business balance to roll on at the end of the bucket, not at the beginning.
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new business assumption with New Add Balance and Bucket End selected
2. Maturity Mix with 1 month
3. Run the ALM process and check RESULT_TYPE_CD = 1 results
