Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.2, when attempting to create a new hierarchy with Add button from Financial Services Applications -> Master Maintenance -> Dimension Management -> Hierarchies, the following error appears:

ERROR
Default Folder name or Access Type not set in Application Preferences

There are no issues creating new dimensions members or attributes or opening existing hierarchies.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create user with limited AMHM functions for DHM (Dimension Hierarchy Management) maintenance
2. Navigate: Financial Services Applications -> Master Maintenance -> Dimension Management -> Hierarchies
3. Click Add
