NMS Client Not Launching, JARSigningException: Found Unsigned Entry In Resource - Log4j.jar (Doc ID 1603574.1)

The update to NMS is now showing the following error when users attempt to log in via java webstart.

Users may also get an error "Application Blocked by Security Settings" when they launch the application from the NMS home page. The NMS URL was added in the exception site list and also set the Java security at its lowest level.


An update to NMS from to was done which included Unpublished Bug 17695063 - webstart jar files should include codebase and permissions properties

Additionally, client PCs had an update of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) applied.  This was from version 1.7.0_25 to 1.7.0_45
