Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Gantt Chart

Unable to start Job Workbench (when profile 'Java Look and Feel' is set at: 'Generic')

Job Workbench opens in error when profile option Java Look & Feel is set at Generic.


ERROR
-----------------------
Job Workbench (menu: WIP_NAVIGATE_10G -> submenu: WIP_DISCRETE_10G -> function: Job Workbench) ends with error: 'oracle.ewt.laf.generic.GenericLookFeel cannot be cast to oracle.ewt.oracle.OracleLookAndFeel' when profile 'Java Look and Feel' is set at 'Generic' on user level.

When profile is set at 'Oracle' everything works properly.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator < Profile system value < Java Look & Feel is set to Generic
2. Log out of application and log in again
3. Go to Manufacturing & Distribution Manager
4. WIP < Discrete < Job Workbench
5. Error appears

Note: When profile option is set at Oracle, it works fine.

Due to this issue, users cannot start job workbench when the profile is not set as 'Oracle'
