Goal

This document contains questions related to information in the OHI Application Logs.

Question 1: What should be done when message 'Web Service timeout has occurred' shows in the log?

The OHI application logs contain errors like:
2013-11-25 06:58:11,422 [ [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '34' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ] ERROR com.oracle.healthinsurance.support.gateway.outbound.ws.internal.WebServiceClientImpl - Web Service timeout has occurred: com.oracle.healthinsurance.support.gateway.ServiceDescriptor@4ad83d95[name=CtrPreFinalizedOutEvent,operation=,address=ohi.claimprefinalizedoutevent.endpoint.request,reply-to=,version=1.0]

What should be done?

Question 2: Why does the endpoint show as "address=ohi.claimprefinalizedoutevent.endpoint.request" in the log?

The OHI application logs contain errors like:
2013-11-25 06:58:11,422 [ [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '34' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ] ERROR com.oracle.healthinsurance.support.gateway.outbound.ws.internal.WebServiceClientImpl - Web Service timeout has occurred: com.oracle.healthinsurance.support.gateway.ServiceDescriptor@4ad83d95[name=CtrPreFinalizedOutEvent,operation=,address=ohi.claimprefinalizedoutevent.endpoint.request,reply-to=,version=1.0]

This shows address=ohi.claimprefinalizedoutevent.endpoint.request. Why does it not show the endpoint as defined in the properties file?
