Customer Center Does Not Allow To Modify Accounts After 10th Account

When using Customer Center (BRM7.4 PS14) to modify accounts, after modifying (canceling deal/product or modifying account/service status) 10 accounts
when 11th account is opened for editing by closing previously opened account(s), Customer Center hangs and do not allow account modification.
STEPS to Reproduce
1. Open Customer center
2. Load and modify 10 accounts using Customer Center
3. Close any one (or all) opened account(s)
4. Open a new account and try to close the associated services
In step 4 the Customer Center seems to hang and do not close the service.
