DAP Cuts Characters Off the Parameter Values in The Outgoing SOAP/XML Messages

The Data Access Pack (DAP) application sometimes cuts characters off the parameter values in the outgoing SOAP/XML message.
This can be witnessed in the dapIF debug.
In this example, the "Product Type" parameter in the outgoing SOAP/XML message has some missing characters when sent out (it should have been "Easy Free 2012" if not truncated):
