Compiling OSD Control Plan with Voucher Recharge Throws "An OSD control plan cannot contain telephony nodes other than Unconditional Terminate, Uncondititional Terminate to Pending TN, Disconnect or Call Initiation." (Doc ID 1604085.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to compile an Open Services Development (OSD) control plan containing a VoucherRecharge (VR) feature node, the following error occurs:

"An OSD control plan cannot contain telephony nodes other than Unconditional Terminate, Uncondititional Terminate to Pending TN, Disconnect or Call Initiation."

In order to save a control plan as OSD Control Plan, the Generate WSDL for operation needs to be associated with OSD Operation when saving the Control Plan.
