Symptoms

All releases of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) that support the Remote Diagnostic Agent's (RDA) Health Check Validation Engine (HCVE).

The HCVE report recommends very large swap values on systems that have over 16 Gigabytes of RAM.
