Symptoms
Find Initial file checkin history entries cannot be created in case I18N is enabled
e.g. configured for LN5 Language
and file name is having more than 63 characters
Steps To Reproduce:
----------------------------
1. Start Java Client for an I18N enabled environment
2. Create any kind of new document - e.g. Stored Document
3. Checkin a file with a long file name ( >63 characters) - e.g. "n0290352_01_steinschlagschutz_druckentlastungsventil_komplett_1.pdf"
4. Receive error
Note:
-------------
The error occurs only I18N environemnt - for T_LANGUAGE.C_ENCODING = 'UTF-8' fields only (here T_DOC_HIS.MEMO_LN5).
In case i18N is not activated and filename exceeds 80 Characters,
T_DOC_HIS.MEMO_(lng) value will be truncated automatically.
