Frequent Detection Of the error ORA-00445.

Symptoms

The message ORA-00445 is frequently detected on production environment. It seems that this problem is a consequence of “latch” contentions on the database shared_pool. The process can not be reinitialized 120 seconds later.

According to DBAs analysis on production environment, this error is due to a below mentioned query without bind variable.
