Not able to view mapped forms in Data Entry Screen (Doc ID 1604486.1)

 After you create a new Form and map a user to that form , you are unable to see the form in data entry screen


This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Create a new form
2.  Assign the Form to a user
3.  Go to Data Entry Screen
4. The following message appears: "There are no forms available for login user"
