TSFCLOSE Batch Not Updating Reserved and Expected Quantities for Externally-Generated Transfers (Doc ID 1604998.1)

Symptoms

For "EG" (externally-generated) transfers from store to store, the TSFCLOSE batch is not updating ITEM_LOC_SOH for the respective From and To Location.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an EG transfer to store and from store.
2. Ship the transfer but do not receive.
3. Run TSFCLOSE batch for the above created transfer, satisfying all the pre-requisites conditions for TSFCLOSE to pick the Transfer.
4. Check ITEM_LOC_SOH table for the item and note that it is not updated.
