Symptoms

When applying a patch to Meter Data Management v2.1 / Framework version 4.2 using OEM (Grid Control) an error occurs, "Unable to find either installSFgroup.plx or installSF.plx in /oubackups/mdmpatches/staging_directory/unpack/p16029467_21010_Generic".
