Clearance and Promo End Records Not Flowing to RMS (Doc ID 1605170.1)

Symptoms

When running Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) 13.2.4, not all price event records are being processed by the priceEventExecutionRMSbatch.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter promos and clearances in multiple environments.
  2. Enter end dates for them and validate that they do not flow to RMS.
    For clearances, same day end dates did not flow and end dates that should have flowed in the nightly batch did not flow.
