Unable To Save Custom Attribute Value In Network System

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Custom Attribute (CAs) are not getting saved in the network system .
Steps to replicate the problem :
1-Created a new CA as a dropdown under network system.
2- Select the value from dropdown and click Ok button then click the save button on the network system .
3-The selected value is wiped out from the screen .
