A message received from a third-party mail system (including automated messages) is malformed and will not render in Convergence or Thunderbird.

  1. Is it possible that the Messaging Server MTA caused the message to become malformed?
  2. Is there any specific advice that can be given to the 3rd-party to prevent this from occurring?
