A message received from a third-party mail system (including automated messages) is malformed and will not render in Convergence or Thunderbird.
- Is it possible that the Messaging Server MTA caused the message to become malformed?
- Is there any specific advice that can be given to the 3rd-party to prevent this from occurring?
