Clearance reset dates do not update clearance records in Retail Price Management (RPM).
Steps to recreate:
1. Create a new item which is currently not under clearance
2. Create an open ended clearance (without reset date) through create clearance screen say start date 10th Jan-2013
3. Create a reset for the above clearance through Create clearance Reset screen with reset date as 1st Jan 2013 (earlier than the clearance start date).
Notice that the reset approval is stuck in conflict checking with the below exception in the console logs.
