Goal

Where do customer counts come from?

Feeder Breaker 123 gives 1170 customers out when the Customer List (Trouble Info) is brought up from the Control Tool.
It shows 1175 customers out on Look Ahead and for the "# Out" on the Work Agenda when a RDO is created on this same device.
