Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.x, the SCCEXT batch process consistently produces the following lock error when running with multiple threads:


Steps to Reproduce:

   -1.Set up SCCEXT to run in 8 threads and with a huge volume of cost change records.
