RDA's HCVE Rule Verifying "auto-boot" Fails Irrespective of the "auto-boot" eeprom Variable's Value (Doc ID 1606416.1)

Symptoms

This problem happens with all releases of the Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) supporting the Health Check Validation Engine (HCVE) for the Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) applications.

The Health Check Validation Engine has a rule designed to verify if the server would auto boot after a temporary power outage.

Even if the eeprom variable is properly set to "true" to have the server automatically boot, the rule fails.
