Syntax Error When Trying to Upload Excel Upload (Doc ID 1606445.1)

When attempting to do Excel Upload, the following error occurs:

Error: Syntax error
Code: 0

RevAppserver.log is showing the below error

Navigate to Excel Upload and choose a spreadsheet for Excel-Entity Mapping or Excel Upload.
