Symptoms
Below are the Steps
1) 01.01.2013 - Create a subscription account with 1st as billing date and with a non currency bundles deal that provides bundles(Non currency resource)1 month in advance with start date as 01.01.2013 and end date as 31.01.2013 and then observe the value of non currency sub balances.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Zero balance non currency sub balances created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Non currency resource balance for the 1st month should reflect the value configured.
