"Invalid State Update from status: Returned to Status: Started" Following a Recall Alert And Returning to Open Task List

While the technician is Enroute on the MDT, they receive and acknowledge a recall of the activity assignment alert notification (cancellation from host leading to recall being one example). After the acknowledgement, the technician is left on the screen that they were working on (in this case the Summary screen).

Striking any buttons on this screen leads to the nitification message: "Invalid State Update from status: Returned to Status: Started".

The workaround is to go to the Open Tasks list (at which time the order is recalled from the list) and the technician can then proceed to the next order.  The desired navigation is to flow to the Open Orders list screen automatically after the acknowledgement of this recall message as the technician cannot do anything with that order that has just been recalled.
