Question 1: On OSM 7.2.2 version, a user is having the following Installation Issues As per README file the last step to perform after upgrading OSM version from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.0 (patch ID: 16742765 for Linux-x86-64) reads as follows: "When you have completed the above steps, execute the following script against the OSM schema: \Database\osm\maintenance\stats\collect_stats.txt" However under the customers \Database directory the osm folder is not present. So customer can't find the collect_status.txt. When checked if the folder (and the txt files) were present before upgrading, but it was not . In current OSM installation (22.214.171.124) user can't find an osm folder under \Database, so they can't see it even after the upgrade. How can it be possible that the osm folder is not present?
Question 2 :User needs to install the file "reporting.zip" but the procedure is for Windows, can you suggest how to install it on a Linux server? As per "Reporting_Interface_Guide.pdf" file there is a last step to perform: " Run the Oracle Scripter.exe, which can be found at OSM_Home\Database\Oracle Scripter.exe." How is it possible that the osm folder is not present?
