A PN Process Restart Causes Partial HB Function Loss (Doc ID 1606820.1)

Symptoms

Restarting of a PN processes under traffic load causes the HB function towards a few endpoints to get lost.

While restart the PN processes, the next exception can be found in the PN log:

2013-10-28 19:14:39,338 ERROR DistributedCache:ActorDistributedCache ActorConfigPartitionListener - Exception was thrown during partition move (revive).
