Information in this document applies to any platform.
Images in knowledge articles within the Oracle ATG Service applications (Knowledge and Self Service) have inconsistent behavior when viewing the solution in the browser vs. printing the solution. Images are displayed correctly when viewed in the Knowledge interface. When printing, images are stretched to fit 100% of the width of the page.
This causes problems for images that must not be stretched (e.g. images containing barcodes).
