No Product License Found Error when View Difference on Duplicate Search (Doc ID 1607516.1)

Symptoms

When 'ARGUS J USER' UserType user (Japanese user) is working at 報告 >> 処理待ちのE2B報告 menu screen (Reports >> Incoming E2B Reports menu screen),

when user clicks [差異の表示] ([View Difference]) button on 重複検索 (Duplicate Search) screen,

error message is displayed on a pop-up window and Difference Report is not displayed.
