WebLogic Server Log Files for NMS Application do not Contain Date (Doc ID 1607645.1)

Symptoms

In an Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS) test environment, the WebLogic application server generates logs with the following date format:

<Nov 26, 2013 2:50:06 PM EST> <Notice> <Stdout> <BEA-000000> <14:50:06,546 DEBUG Agent:78 - Stats: WT:0 RT:14 CWT:7 CRT:8768 TC:1 QS:0 getConditions>

In the production environment, the application server log files do not contain the date:

14:28:50,503 DEBUG Agent:78 - Stats: WT:0 RT:3 CWT:1931461 CRT:4913109 TC:1 QS:0 getFeederNames
