Symptoms

On BRM 7.4 PS14.

Unable to load payment_channel file for pt_BR locale.

# load_localized_strings -v -f /u01/oracle/pin01/BRM_7.4/sys/msgs/paymentchannel/payment_channel.pt_BR.ISO8859-1
Running load_localized_strings.c(1)
-f (force overwrite) mode selected
-v (verbose) mode selected
