Duplicate case search is not showing the case on Argus Safety Japan (Doc ID 1607843.1)

Symptoms

Duplicate case search is not showing the existing case when set the following criteria.

 

Steps to reproduce

------------------------------

Onset Date (発現日)

1. Login to Argus as Argus-J user account

2. Open the case in a Japanese view mode then click the events tab

3. Copy the entered date in the "Onset date" field (eg., 2013/12/01)  Note: In Argus safety Japan, date format is displayed as YYYY/MM/DD

4. Navigate to Reports > Incoming E2B

5. Search the data and select any row. Then select the "Duplicate Search"from the user option

6. Duplicate case search windows displays. Uncheck the all the flag except Onset date field

7. Paste the onset data value that copied in step#3.

8. Press the [Search] button

No record returns

Product Name (製品名)

1. Login to Argus as Argus-J user account

2. Open the case in a Japanese view mode then click the product tab

3. Copy the product name in the "product name" field (eg., オラクル製品001)  Note: The product name is including the multi-bytes numbers

4. Navigate to Reports > Incoming E2B

5. Search the data and select any row. Then select the "Duplicate Search"from the user option

6. Duplicate case search windows displays. Uncheck the all the flag except product name field

7. Paste the product name that copied in step#3.

8. Press the [Search] button

No record returns
