PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_UPDATE_AND_REAUTHORIZE Opcode Is Failing With PIN_ERR_NULL_PTR Error

- Authorization for a voice call with a requested quantity of 240 seconds calling the PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_AUTHORIZE opcode.
=> Authorization is successful with a reserved quantity of 240 seconds ( voice usage is rated with 0 balance impacts)
- Re-authorization for the voice call with a used quantity of 240 seconds and a requested quantity of 100 seconds calling the PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_UPDATE_AND_REAUTHORIZE opcode.
=> Re-authorization fails in the op_tcf_aaa_reauthorize_prep_input function with a PIN_ERR_NULL_PTR error.
