CCP Dashboard Displays 'Balance Value Field' Displayed as Button Instead of Label+Textbox (Doc ID 1608679.1)

Symptoms

In CCP Dashboard, Balance Value Field is displayed as Button (see below image).

 

While the expected behavior is that it should be displayed as Label+Textbox (as previewed at below image).



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Subscriber Profile Manager (SPM), add a field with field type "Balance Value Field" (see below image).
  2. Preview it, and will see it appears as Label+Textbox.
  3. However, at CCP Dashboard it appears as Button.
