The goal of this article provides an explanation when an Active Account Summary zone in Customer Information portal is blank.
The installation uses the Fusion interface.
- In Control Central / Main, enter an Account ID that has at least two Persons associated with it
- When the search results are displayed, click on the row for the main customer. The Customer Information tab shows the Account in the Active Account Summary.
- Return to the Main tab and click on the row for one of the other Persons. The Active Account Summary in Customer Information is empty.
