On the SP/Item history search screen, the Install Date is wrong; it appears to be = SP Install Date or the other Item's Date.
Step to Replicate:
1. There is a Service Point which was installed on 08-30-1999.
2. The Device history shows 2 devices: one with a date of 08-30-1999 and the other with a date of 02-25-2010.
3. If you go to the SP/Item Hist search screen, it will show 2 lines and both have the same Install date i.e., 08-30-1999.
