Symptoms

Removal/Amendment of QOS policy that uses 'random-detect dscp-based' fails.

Instead of issuing the command 'no random-detect dscp-based', IPSA only issues 'no random-detect'
So the router complains with the following error :

Upgrade from IPSA5.2.4 to 7.2.0
