OSM Jeopardy Email Notification URL Is Not Working. (Doc ID 1609599.1)

On : OSM 7.2.0 version, as part of Automation

The user has configured OSM Jeopardy notification emails. All the configuration has been made correctly and the email is sent to the configured mail id.

The problem is that the Notification URL present in the email does not work as expected and it appears as if there is some missing configuration.

Sample Notification Email -

You have a notification for Order ID xxxxxx and notification ID xxxxxx.
Use the following URL to connect to the notification details: http://xxxx:8112/oms/control/orderNotificationHistory?OrderID=xxxxxx

In the above email. The url contains xxx:8112. This is the Managed Server host and port location. When a user clicks on this URL, it takes the user to login page and subsequently to the default landing page (Worklist/Query etc). However it does not take the user to the Notification Page with the aforementioned OSM Order Id.

User also has verified that if the url points to load balancer host and port, it will work as expected taking the user to the Notification Page with the parameter's Order Id.

So, the above example, the email URL will be http://<Load_balancer_host>:<Load_balancer_port>/oms/control/orderNotificationHistory?OrderID=<Order_Id>
