We received search results back for the query "attach" from emails that didn't actually have the word "attach" in it.
Indexing and Search Service (ISS) was finding the "X-Attach-Flag: N" in the headers and giving a positive search hit from it.
There are too many commonly used words in email headers that give bogus results, not to mention host names from servers that have every day names that show up in headers:
