Actual Balance Value is NOT Reflected in 'BALANCES' Tag of Data Charging EDR (Doc ID 1609924.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), the value of 'BALANCES' tag of some type of data calls is incorrect.  However the Rating itself seems to be working fine.

The 'BALANCES' tag indicates the balance per Balance Type prior to the chargeable event.

EDR written for such a call shows 'BALANCES' tag a different value than that of beVWARS logs as below.

Due to this issue, customer care agents do not have an accurate information of customer balance while using EDR viewer.
