Adapter Runtime Services are not Restarted Successfully After Successful Recovery of LTMH Server After Error (Doc ID 1610232.1)

Symptoms

When running the Lodestar Adapter with a JMS Server, if the JMS Server goes offline or is stopped and then restarted, the Adapter Runtime Service appears to connect correctly to the JMS Server, but transactions are not processed.

For example, the restart parameter for the service is set to 60 on all runtime services. When the restart occurs the adapter shutdowns and doesn't come back up. It remains in shutdown state and the Adapter has to be manually restarted.
