On BRM Version 7.4 & 7.5 , Executing custom opcodes with Web Services Manager (WSM) throws an error.
* Web Services Manager has been deployed in WebLogic application server according to guidelines provided in BRM documentation

* However when executing a sample request (with custom opcode) it throws an error. Whether the custom opcode number is used or the name, the error occurs. Expectation is that there should not be an error.
