The ASAP to Database connectivity was lost intermittently.
When there are no orders progressing for some time, the ASAP application loses connectivity with the Database. However, 'status' command output shows all ASAP servers are up but no orders progressing during the time. The workaround is to restart ASAP & Weblogic to reconnect the database.
We are receiving the following error in ASAP logs when the DB connectivity is lost:
