ASAP Database Connectivity Lost Intermittently; ORA-03113 Received (Doc ID 1610506.1)

Symptoms

The ASAP to Database connectivity was lost intermittently.

When there are no orders progressing for some time, the ASAP application loses connectivity with the Database. However, 'status' command output shows all ASAP servers are up but no orders progressing during the time.

Following error messages can be seen in various ASAP logs.

ASAP logs: (This error was seen in various ASAP logs such as NEP, CTRL, SARM etc)
