Symptoms

In Network Charging and Control (NCC) 4.4.0+, Messaging Manager (MM) can fail to connect to a Short Message Service Centre (SMSC) over high latency networks.

Changes

1. Messaging Manager is configured to connect to a new SMSC or the network topology between MM and the SMSC has changed and now has more latency.

2. The XMS.xmsTrigger.pollTime parameter was decreased
