Pin_inv_send Utility Is Ignoring Pay_type Parameter

Symptoms
When running pin_inv_send, it is ignoring the -pay_type parameter.
Here is the command executed from $PIN_HOME/apps/pin_inv:
pin_inv_send -pay_type 10001
Despite of specified pay_type is 10001, pin_inv_send prints invoices of all pay_type values (10005, 10007 etc.)
