Inbound allocation quantity is displayed incorrectly on item location inventory form.

Steps To Recreate:

  1.  Setup replenishment settings of type WH/Cross Link to generate a purchase order to a warehouse and at the same time reserve the stock to the stores.
  2.  Observe a PO and Transfer of type PO-Linked are created overnight by replenishment
  3.  Access Inventory by Location form (itlocinv.fmb) and observe the "Inbnd Allocs" field shows wrong quantity. Exactly the double of the quantity expected from the transfer created.
  4.  Note that the tsf_expected_qty is populated for the store being  replenished.
