Symptoms

The reporting tool (OBIEE or Cognos) displays no data of a certain type.

The datawarehouse SQL tables have no data in them, or the row count does not grow as expected for the volume of site traffic.

The loader queue does not pick up log file information automatically from the temporary directory created on the loader server instance.
