The sequence of events: i) Load the cut; ii) Apply the RL function INTSCALAROP; iii) review the resulting handle
Where it happened: The issue occurs at RL level
Include specific error messages (error number with syntax) None
What is the expected or acceptable result? For instance, 2047.5 => 2047 (it is expected 2048)
