Issue With The INTDSCALAROP ROUND Function (Doc ID 1611493.1)

The loss of functionality: When applied to a handle resulting from a product, INTDSCALAROP doesn't return the expected values
The sequence of events: i) Load the cut; ii) Apply the RL function INTSCALAROP; iii) review the resulting handle
Where it happened: The issue occurs at RL level
The significance of loss / cusotmer impact: It is not possible to handle cuts
Include specific error messages (error number with syntax) None
What IS working: all the other R|L functions work correctly
What is the expected or acceptable result? For instance, 2047.5 => 2047 (it is expected 2048)
What about the system has recently changed? NA
