Symptoms

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC), all supported releases.

The Service Management System Screens are displaying dates with an incorrect offset on systems where the system's date is not set in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
It is always recommended to have the system run in GMT.

This issue applies to all date fields, such as the date of last change.
