In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO), a connection leak occurs, causing no connections to be available in the database connection pool. The issue is applicable to Back Office (ORBO) and Returns Management (ORRM) as well.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Leave web applications (Central Office, Back Office, and Returns Management) running for a few days without restarting.
2. Restart the database server without restarting web applications.
3. Observe that db connection leaks occur, leaving other applications deprived of connections.
