Pipeline DuplicateCheck Index Error

Goal
While passing a semaphore to the pipeline in order to change its StoreLimit and BufferLimit, we encounter
PROC_CHECK_IDX_DUPCHK and PROC_CREATE_IDX_DUPCHK errors.
this error is coming from multiple pipeline instances dropping and creating indexes on the DuplicateCheck table at the same time.
User fixed a previous issue similar to this one, by creating one DuplicateCheck table for each instance, but here the two instances (PRE_PROCESS_PP0 and PRE_PROCESS_PP1) need to access the same table.
What is the expected behavior in this case ?
